Rob Radio is a one-person independent station broadcasting out of Winnipeg, MB and has been broadcasting this stream for over a year on its video counterpart Rob Radio 204 which is a video/audio stream. I am licensed by SOCAN here in Canada. I started streaming over 10 years ago with the original Rob Radio on a VPS and using Winamp and the DSP Plugin. Fast forward to Owncast and Azuracast for these broadcasts at the present day.
